When Your Sexuality Is the Campus Headline

How does it feel to have your sexuality be tomorrow's headline?

Hear the story of one man's bold introduction into the LGBTQ+ community as he came out to thousands of people at once. He was known on his campus as a conservative voice, but the real story was yet to be told.

Randy felt a lot of apprehension as he awaited his column to hit the college newsstands. He admits there were a few people who should have been told face-to-face, but his spoken word came nowhere close to the power behind his pen.

Hear Randy's honest story of coming out in college and the one thing he and his mom have a soft spot for - those damn dimples.

I met Randy almost 20 years ago. We were best friends at one point in our lives, at times pretending to be Benji and Buck. He hated that I was Benji. He's incredibly intelligent, set in his ways, and at times hard to read. This is the most difficult of the batch to listen to without wanting to give him a call. If there's a message to be learned, it's to stay true to your passion and use it to connect the dots.
